KLARNA- Returns & Refund Policy (For Klarna Customers Only)
Bobbilous.com adheres to the current Klarna Returns/Refund Policy.
Klarna will process refunds within 14 days after you register a return or cancel an order. A customer’s refund is processed differently depending on which payment method they chose when making the purchase, but in general it takes between 2-5 business days for Klarna the process a refund:
- Direct payment: the amount will be refunded to the account which was used at the time of the purchase.
- Invoice: if the customer has paid through the Klarna app or through klarna.com we will refund the amount once the invoice has been refunded.
- Part payment: the amount will be deducted from the customers total debt or we will contact the customer for bank
- details.

Returns Policy
****Please note it is EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
****We have a STRICT 10 DAY Return and Exchange/Credit Note policy anything over the 10 day of received delivery period will not be accepted.
****Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase in original Condition with all labels,tags still attached.
****Items must be unworn with no makeup marks or any other signs of damage.
**** You must contact us before any item is returned.
****We Do Not Cover Return/Exchange Postage.
**** Returns must be sent Tracked. We will not be held responsible for any missing Returns.
****Sale Items are non Returnable and non exchangeable.

To complete your return, we require your name , address , a list of what you are returning and why as well as the date & place of purchase. This could be the website/facebook/instagram or The Market.
Return postage must be paid by you & tracking is recommended.Postage for any exchanges will incur a £4.98 postage charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit note or exchange will automatically be applied . Credit codes are issued by email and/or text and are valid for three months. Exchanges are sent by 1st class signed for post which is £4.98 the cost is payable by you .
Sale items;
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bobbilousboutique@outlook.com and send your item to:

Exchanges
These are treated in the same way as returns . A credit code will be issued for you to reorder your exchange once your original item is returned .
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit note for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Return Postage/Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage/shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive an exchange, credit note or refund, your shipping cost are not refunded & the cost of return shipping will be charged £4.98
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable postage/shipping service or purchasing Postage/shipping-insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will not be responsible for items that go missing during the return.
